Discovery Phase
Talk with our sales professionals at the model home to find the floor plan and neighborhood that best fits your needs.
Attend a bid appointment to budget your new home build. Sign a contract to reserve your home site and start the process to your new home!
Design Phase
This is where the studio comes into play. See below.
Plan Phase
Once all your selections have been chosen we will develop the blueprints customized to your new home.
Build Phase
During the Build Phase you will be enjoying watching your new home become a reality. 6-8 months from the time we dig the hole you will have a new home! (Weather permitting)
You will be given a homeowner orientation with our warranty department to learn the in's and out's of taking care of your new home. We will explain the warranty manual and warranty submittal process to you so that you are prepared for closing day and beyond!
At Story Homes Design Studio
We inspire you to dream up your perfect color pallet to your new home. We will guide you through picking all your finishes for the home with flooring, countertop, stone, lighting, paint, and fixtures all available for you to see, touch, and feel.
We help guide you by offering up our expertise of different options and offer you abundant included choices to help you mix and match to your hearts content and budget.
