Meet Joe & Kristina Philbin

Joe and Kristina Philbin are no strangers to the real estate and home-building industry. Born and raised in Omaha, Kristina has worked in land development and new construction since the age of 16. Over the years, she’s represented top builders, helped bring more than 500 homes to life across the Omaha Metro, and played a key role in the development of over 30 local subdivisions.

Joe brings his expertise as an electrical contractor and owner of Powered Up Electric, Inc., offering a deep understanding of what it’s like to work as a subcontractor for large home builders. Together, Joe and Kristina have combined their experience to create a new kind of home-building experience, one rooted in transparency, communication, and a true understanding of what today’s homeowners need.
